Translate to English Recht herbe, etwas pflanzliche und florale, noch fast eine Spur seifige Kernobst-Zitrusnase mit altholzigen und erdigen Spuren sowie mit Luft zunehmend kalkiger Mineralik. Leicht süßlich-schmelzige Frucht mit Zitrusaromen, grünem Apfel und pflanzlichen Noten, lebendige Säure und noch ein Hauch Kohlensäure, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, nussige Anklänge, noch sehr unentwickelt, wieder ziemlich mineralisch, kreidig-seifige Töne, leicht spürbarer Alkohol, sehr guter Abgang. Braucht unbedingt Zeit.
