Translate to English Fester, recht kühler und herber Sauerkirschduft mit schwarzbeerigen Noten, Kakao, Weihrauch, Kapern, Kräutern, leicht nussigem Holz und Mineralik. Klare, saftige, reife Frucht, nussige und schokoladige Holznoten, kräuterige Anklänge, kräftig und nachhaltig am Gaumen, feiner Biss und reifes, nur noch leicht antrocknendes Tannin, gewisse Tiefe, noch wenig entwickelt, im Hintergrund kalkig-mineralisch, sehr guter, herber, leicht antrocknender, dabei auch marmeladiger Abgang mit pflanzlichen Noten.
