Klar und zartsaftig im Mund, eher schlanke Frucht, mineralische und kräuterige Noten, merklicher, leicht trocknender Gerbstoff, der sich mit Luft deutlich besser einbindet, kühl am Gaumen, längere Zeit nach dem Öffnen immer deutlichere, ein wenig an die Wachau erinnernde mineralische Noten, gewinnt an Tiefe und Komplexität, guterm, fruchtiger und mineralisch-zartherber Abgang.
