Light lactic and volatile notes on the nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, delicate nutty, yeasty, light floral and mineral notes. Slightly sweetish and creamy fruit on the palate, vegetal, nutty and yeasty notes, very elegant acidity, some substance and persistence, floral and herbaceous traces, light mineral notes, light tannic touch, some sugar candy, good, sweetish finish.
