Translate to English Vegetabile, zart nussige, eine Spur gebrannte und ein wenig an Kräuterfrischkäse erinnernde Nase mit recht feinen Kernobst- und Zitrusaromen. Süßliche Frucht im Mund, zart nussige Töne, Kräuter und erdige Nuancen, feine, lebendige Säure, etwas Schmelz am Gaumen, wieder leicht an Frischkäse erinnernde laktische Nuancen, mit Luft auch Karamell, leicht verschwommene Konturen, im Hintergrund etwas Mineralik, ordentlicher, wieder etwas verschwommener Abgang.
