Cool, rather tart, still a touch yeasty, increasingly cooling ethereal-herbal nose with fine vegetal aromas reminiscent of wild mushrooms and restrained, light yellow fruity aromas. Fairly bright, partly white berry fruit on the palate, lively, fine acidity and light sweetness, floral and herbaceous tones, still a little yeasty on the palate, light minerality in the background, some grip, lemony nuances, very good finish, again with bright, cool juice and fresh, very delicately pungent vegetal notes reminiscent of chives.
