Firm, fairly deep, tart nose, fine herbaceous notes, very slightly reminiscent of floury bread crust, with bright, clear citrus and peach aromas and very delicate stewed mushrooms in the background. Quite taut, juicy, delicately sweetish fruit with lively acidity, nutty, yeasty and floury tones, fresh herbs, floral notes and a hint of dark berries, persistent on the palate, has freshness and bite, some depth, mineral tones in the background, some grip, sautéed mushrooms again in the background, gains freshness and bite with air, very good, juicy and finely spicy finish.
