Firm and quite deep, still somewhat bready and yeasty aroma with fine citrus and peach flavours, vegetal nuances, a hint of bacon, herbs, hints of dark berries and a little mushroom. Dense and juicy in the mouth, clear, quite noble fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, still a hint of yeast, herbal notes on the palate, a hint of blueberries, persistent, mineral in the background, delicately sweetish and somewhat melting core, hints of citrus zest, very good, quite firm, juicy finish with fine ethereal-vegetable spice.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
