Cool, bright, somewhat vegetal citrus nose with pomaceous fruit and peach nuances, yeasty traces and a certain minerality. Clear, again bright, quite juicy fruit, lively, very fine acidity, delicate grip, vegetal to herbaceous and yeasty nuances, very slightly floral, salty-mineral tones, nutty hints, a hint of tobacco, very good, polished, finely juicy and spicy finish with black berry traces.
