Translate to English Kühler und herb-mineralischer Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten, Pfirsichen und geriebenen Äpfeln mit grasig-kräuterigen Noten. Saftige, straff gewirkte Frucht mit lebendiger, feiner, geschliffener Säure und gewisser Süße, erdig-mineralisch am Gaumen, auch kräuterig-pflanzlich, hat Griff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, animierend, sehr guter, wieder süßlicher Abgang. Hätte den Zucker überhaupt nicht nötig, bindet ihn aber recht gut ein.
