Translate to English Leicht kräuterwürziger Apfelduft mit deutlichen Noten von gekochter Milch. Weiche, runde Frucht, zartsaftig, feingliedrige, milde Säure, laktische Noten, schöne Mineralik im Hintergrund, gewinnt an der Luft schnell an Struktur, sehr gute Balance, lang. Man schmeckt deutlich den biologischen Säureabbau, dessen typische Aromen mich hier noch etwas stören. Sollten sich die laktischen Noten verflüchtigen, wird der Wein aufgrund seiner reintönigen Frucht und der mineralischen Struktur eine noch höhere Bewertung verdienen.
