Fresh, somewhat herbal, citrus-driven yellow fruit nose with smoky, herbaceous, and delicate forest mushroom notes. Youthful, fresh-tasting fruit also in the mouth, rather bright, lively acidity, yeasty notes, and a hint of smoke, herbal to plant-like tones on the palate, a slightly lemony character, delicate sweetness, some grip, zest tones in the background, a bit of salt, then red currants, a certain carbonation, good to very good, again slightly lemony finish.
