Rather cool, fresh, slightly yeasty and somewhat vegetal core fruit nose with citrus notes and a hint of hazelnut. Bright, again fresh-juicy, slightly nutty fruit, quite lively acidity, some grip and at the same time a certain creaminess, moderate tannin, yeasty hints, also delicate vegetal notes, good sustainability, a touch of salt, light carbonation, good to very good finish.
