Fresh-vegetable to herbal citrus pome fruit aroma with a hint of leek, nutty cask tones, and floral traces. Ripe, nutty fruit and smoky wood aromas on the palate, some cocoa, vanilla, and nut liqueur, fine acidity, touch of crumbly tannin, good sustainability, buttery to creamy notes, a bit of herbs in the background, a hint of egg, warming alcohol, but also slightly cooling elements, suggested minerality, very good, warm, slightly drying finish.
