Clear, nutty pome fruit scent with fine herbal aromas, a hint of wood and mineral nuances. Clear, tart, fine-juicy fruit, polished acidity and some grip, nutty and moderately woody notes, herbaceous-vegetal nuances, some celery and mineral hints, has power but remains relatively cool, smoky traces, still undeveloped, very good, polished, tart-juicy and a little salty finish.
