Clear, polished, somewhat nutty pome fruit scent with a hint of citrus zest and herbal to planty aromas and a hint of celery. Tart, rather tightly knit, youthful fruit, smoky, nutty and again reminiscent of celery aromas, lively, fine acidity and still a touch of carbonic acid, restrained power, salty and chalky nuances, very good, fine-juicy and somewhat nutty finish with delicate buttery and woody nuances.
