Somewhat acidic, herbal-vegetable and peppery nose of small red and black berries with cherry aromas, a little mint oil and floral hints. Taut, tangy, almost cool, quite densely woven fruit, lively, fine acidity and crumbly, sandy tannins, dried herbal tones, again also with cooling minty parts, persistent on the palate, has power and substance, but remains relatively light on its feet, peppery spice, a little smoke and roasting reminiscent of coffee, good depth, noticeable salt, very good finish with bacony hints.
