Relatively cool-looking, finely planted to herbaceous and a trace of yeasty nose with light yellow-fruity notes and a little fresh root vegetables. Rather firm, juicy fruit with lively acidity and some grip, again herbal and vegetable aromas on the palate, good persistence, a little carbonic acid, delicately sweetish melting, but also a lot of bite, certain warmth, very good, firm finish
