Cool, delicately nutty and still a hint of yeasty citrus nose with apple and peach notes, a little smoke and herbaceous-vegetable to tobacco nuances. Slender, finely juicy, cool and bright fruit, vegetal to tobacco, smoky and nutty notes, very fine acidity, certain persistence, a hint of dark berries, delicate mellowness, salt in the background, some grip, good to very good finish.
