Tart, nutty, somewhat smoky and vegetal nose with restrained aromas of pomaceous fruit and citrus, a hint of mushrooms, celery and hints of bacon. Cool, almost slender, taut, finely juicy fruit with present acidity and some grip, nutty and smoky oak notes, good persistence, herbaceous-vegetable flavours in the background, some salt, still very slightly muted, black berry nuances, very good finish with acidity and grip.
