2016 Bruchsal Rothenberg Grauburgunder trocken, Baden, Germany

Light nutty, yeasty and vegetal notes on the nose, smoky traces, yellow fruit, very delicate hint of mushrooms. Clear, fairly juicy, tart fruit on the palate, prominent nutty notes, light vegetal and yeasty aromas, lively acidity, light grip, good persistence, smoky traces, hint of bacon, salty mineral notes, fairly creamy with a noticeable acid bite on a good to very good finish.
