2012 Bruchsal Rothenberg Grauburgunder trocken, Baden, Germany

Fairly firm and dense pomaceous fruit aroma with distinctly nutty and delicate woody aromas, light vegetal and light tobacco notes, as well as quite pronounced soya and some minerality. Ripe, juicy, slightly sweetish fruit in the mouth, quite polished, lively acidity and still delicate sparkling wine, nutty aromas on the palate, again soy, some candy and delicate oak, persistent, good substance, mineral notes in the background, also has bite , not too deep, good, again a little sweetish finish.
