Translate to English Fester, recht tiefer, typischer und absolut reintöniger Duft nach schwarzen Beeren und Kirschen mit zart rotbeerigen Aromen, Pfeffer und Provence-Kräutern sowie einem Hauch Speck, rohem Fleisch und erdigen Noten. Auch im Mund typisch und sehr reintönig, kühl, fest und saftig, feiner Säurebiss und zwar noch jugendliches, aber ebenfalls sehr feines Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, ein wenig kaffeewürzige Holznoten, dazu Kräuternuancen und Pfeffer, gewisse Tiefe, gewürzige Nuancen und ein wenig kandierte Nüsse, dazu Bitterschokolade und etwas Vanille, mit Luft zunehmend Saft und Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang. Erstklassig.
