A rather firm scent of predominantly blue berries with a hint of dried herbs, a touch of bacon, as well as floral, nutty, and delicately peppery notes. Astringent, again dark, somewhat developed fruit, nutty and smoky wood tones, fine acidity and crumbly, fine tannins, certain sustainability, appears relatively slender, yet has a certain alcoholic strength, earthy tones in the background, a hint of salt, good to very good, astringent finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Relativ kühler, fein-gewürziger, pfeffriger und leicht holzwürziger Duft nach reifen, teils eingemachten schwarzen und roten Beeren mit Kirsch- und Zwetschgentönen und nussigen Spuren. Klare, herbe, geschliffene Frucht im Mund, etwas holzige Töne, getrocknet-pflanzliche Aromen sowie im Hintergrund erdige bis salzige Mineralik, feines, noch eine Spur trocknendes Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Biss und gute Substanz, ein Hauch Schokolade im Hintergrund, noch jung, florale und tabakige Nuancen, sehr guter, ganz leicht trocknender Abgang mit erdigen bis mineralischen Tönen. Darf reifen.
