Quite cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal and hints of almondy scent of partly candied citrus fruits with slightly minty and bacony hints. Bright, still slightly yeasty, sweet fruit with a hint of fresh butter, lively acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, vegetal and slightly black berry tones, a hint of salt, good finish.
