Somewhat smoky, nutty, light-floral and ethereal-herbal pome fruit scent with fine vegetal aromas. Polished fruit with still yeasty traces, very fine acidity, has some grip, good persistence, a hint of lemon zest and peach, fresh planty tones, hints of barrel wood, light minerality, very good finish with traction.
