Somewhat dried vegetal and a hint of nutty fragrance with restrained, citrus-accentuated yellow-fruity aromas and traces of tobacco, root vegetables and wax. Cool, initially restrained, then increasingly sweetish, juicy, youthful fruit, lively acidity and delicate grip, smoky traces, a little spring onion, hint of carbonic acid, good persistence, quite clear minerality, moderate yellow spice, hint of roasted almonds and peanuts, somewhat buttery texture, good to very good, quite juicy finish, but also a little melting, especially with air.
