Nutty and somewhat yeasty nose of ripe citrus fruit and some pomaceous fruit with fine vegetal aromas, hint of citrus zest and a hint of smoke. Ripe, quite juicy, tart yellow fruit, light nutty-woody flavours, fine acidity and some grip, persistent on the palate, a hint of egg yolk, salt in the background, hints of yellow spice, smoky traces, a little citrus peel, very good finish.
