Translate to English Nussiger, etwas getrocknet-vegetabiler, pilziger und einen Hauch speckiger Duft mit ein wenig zitrusbetonten gelbfruchtigen Aromen und hellem Holz. Reife, warme, recht süß wirkende Frucht mit Kandisnoten, Butterkaramell und rotbeerigen Anklängen, passende Säure, viel Alkohol und etwas Kohlensäure, leicht sandiger Gerbstoff, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, aber hier wirkt nichts richtig zusammengesetzt, Alkohol, Säure, Zucker und Holz stehen weit auseinander, die Kohlesäure sorgt zusätzlich für Unruhe, das ist ja kein schlechter Wein, aber er wird sich auch mit Zeit nicht richtig harmonisieren.
