Nutty and somewhat yeasty, clear and relatively cool citrus pome fruit scent with nutty hints. Juicy, ripe, fruit with yeasty, restrained, light woody and also a hint of smoky notes, lively acidity, delicate grip, almost a little sweet melting on the palate, has no sugar at all, persistent, hints of floral, chalky-salty in the background, very good, tight, again juicy finish.
