Tart, somewhat alcohol-warm aroma of mixed berries and beetroot with slightly earthy and mushroomy notes, some wood and a hint of onions. Powerful and warm to the palate, smoky, roasted, slightly bitterish wood with cocoa and coffee notes, mushrooms in the background, present, somewhat drying tannins, green-vegetable, earthy tones, a certain persistence, some salt and smoke, somewhat brittle and quite alcoholic on a fairly bitter finish.
