Firm, rather tart, a little smoky, dried floral and herbal scent of red and some black berries with cherry notes as well as nutty, peppery and tobacco hints. Ripe, quite firm, juicy fruit, a little toasty-chocolatey, yet well-integrated wood, ripe tannin, lasting, lots of power, but also has cooling elements, quite clear minerality, some depth, coffee notes in the background, very good finish.

Editor note: Light toasted and spicy notes on the nose, hint of tobacco, primarily red and a few black berries, prominent oak, hint of bacon and some tar, peppery and mineral traces. Ripe, fairly concentrated, partly preserved fruit on the palate, peppery spice, toasted oak, hint of bacon and some juniper, very light hint of mushrooms in the background, noticeable warm alcohol, slightly bitter touch of tobacco, mineral notes, still slightly astringent, very good, firm, tart, alcoholic finish.
