light yellow spice on the nose, candied citrus and stone fruit, floral notes, some almonds, delicate earthy and mineral traces. Ripe, slightly warm, fairly sweet fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, elegant acidity, yeasty and floral aromas, some nougar and sugar candy, pepper in the background, earthy and salty mineral notes, some substance and persistence, slightly muted, fairly sweet on an otherwise good finish.
