Very slightly muted, yeasty and nutty fragrance with aromas of rather crumbly pome fruit as well as vegetable and floral nuances. Warm, slightly sweetish, again a little bit covered fruit, medium-fine, relatively calm mousseux, certain persistence, has melodiousness, nutty and almost a little buttery tones, a trace of yeast, red-berry nuances, good, sweetish, again warm finish
