Hint of bacon on the nose, light dried vegetal and floral notes, red berries, some undergrowth and beet root, juiniper, bay leaf, pepper and a hint of tobacco. Straightforward, fairly tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, some smoky oak, light bite, slightly bitter and slightly astringent tannins, becomes more integrated with aeration, develops more cool juicy notes, medium body, some persistence, hint of tobacco, salty traces, ashes and some toasted nuts, very slightly astringent again on a very good finish.
