Yeasty, somewhat nutty and vegetal scent with subtle yellow fruit aromas and a hint of tobacco. Yeasty and nutty in the mouth, fairly simple, somewhat intrusive sweet fruit with notes of yellow melons and honey, a little superficial mousse, salty notes, sandy tannins, some mustard seeds on the sweet finish.
