Deeper, firmer and immensely complex, still somewhat smoky-reductive, distinctly maritime, reminiscent of algae, scallops and crustaceans, with slightly sweet herbal aromas, a bit of green and yellow curry and intense minerality. Ripe, highly concentrated, juicy yellow fruit, again with very complex maritime aromas: crab meat, algae, scallops, white fish and plenty of salt, almost a bit of sweet melt, ethereal spice, blackberry tones in the background, still feels completely undeveloped, smoky notes, intense, gripping minerality, vibrating with energy, deep, complex, also feels in the long finish, as if it is about to burst with tension. On the first day a real test, then increasingly captivating, it develops into a liquid remedy for everything.
