Brilliantly pure, cool and polished, fine-vegetable aroma with delicate yeasty and nutty hints, bright yellow-fruity notes, light floral tones, and a minerality slightly reminiscent of mussel shells. Tight, bright, tart-juicy fruit, lively, fine acidity and grip, fresh vegetable aromas, some yeast, persistent on the palate, clear, bright minerality, has substance and enormous tension, dense and emphatic for all its light-footedness, hints of sweet melting, white-fruity and white-peppery nuances, a hint of red berries, very good to long, tight, downright vibrating finish with cool juice, minerality and plenty of tension.
