Very firm, concentrated and deep, restrained herbaceous and nutty stone fruit aroma with light minerality, but also a slightly dark background and hints of slightly spicy barrel tones. Dense, ripe, juicy fruit with very fine acidity and crumbly phenolic grip, concentrated, deep and persistent on the palate, very firm, again a little dark core, a foundation of chalky-stony minerality, has tension and at the same time a certain inner calm, finest herbal notes, delicate nutty hints, still compact and undeveloped, only hinting at its enormous complexity, long, juicy, dense and finely spicy finish.
