Cool, finely juicy, bright, ripe fruit, taut, very fine acidity, crumbly phenolic grip with fine bitter notes, quite dense and persistent on the palate, delicately sweetish melting, almost cold-looking, chalky and somewhat salty minerality, light flowers, a hint of orange zest, again with a fresh, maritime flavour reminiscent of oyster water, again with a hint of honey, very good, finely juicy, planty and mineral finish that gains noticeable traction with aeration.
