At first you get the impression of being hit by a limestone reef, then dense, juicy, rather tart, very tightly knit fruit, fine, ripe acidity and a crumbly grip of ripe tannin, again tobacco flavours, hints of tobacco ash, also some dark berries in the background, intense, but not only chalky, also partly darker, stony minerality on the palate, good depth, still almost compact structure, complex, long, juicy, mineral and somewhat spicy finish with tones reminiscent of mussel shells and seaweed. Needs to mature.
