Firm and deep, cool, still somewhat yeasty bouquet with very fine planty to slightly herbal aromas, light yellow fruity aromas, hints of pepper and again light, almost stony minerality, also reminiscent of mussel shells. Taut, cool, fine-juicy, again very bright fruit, lively, polished acidity, yeasty nuances, fresh, noble planty aromas, persistent and dense on the palate, yet highly elegant, has life, play and tension, enormous, chalky-stony minerality, again reminiscent of mussels, deep, still undeveloped, almost vibrating, delicate melting, citrus zest, long, gripping, cool finish with polish and bite. A masterpiece.
