Very tightly knit, juicy, dense, ripe, again noble fruit, tobacco, dried herbaceous and seaweed tones, very fine, marbling acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, dark mineral foundation, a hint of ginger in the background, a little yellow spice, citrus zest, slightly sweetish melting, smoky nuances, becomes more and more complex and profound with air, juicy, spicy and long.
