Firm and deep, bright, somewhat smoky citrus scent with fine stone fruit notes, tart herbal tones, hints of green bacon and distinct minerality. Tight, bright, fine-juicy, noble, emphatically bright fruit with distinctly fine, fresh herbal notes, lively acidity and plenty of grip, persistent on the palate, lean, yet with substance, good depth, salty and a little chalky, very bright minerality, very elegant style, sweetish in the background at the onset, delicate pak choi tones, very good, fine-juicy, cool, very polished finish with bite.

Best to drink: 2025-2035+. What our ratings mean
