2021 Dalsheim Hubacker Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken Monopol, Rheinhessen, Germany

Deep, finely leafy-vegetable to herbaceous, a little reminiscent of pak choi, citrus scent with notes of redcurrant, redcurrant leaves, floral traces, smoke and clear, stony minerality. Taut, tart, dense, very noble fruit with finest citrus aromas, vineyard peach, but not only light stone fruit notes, then also red currants, again quite clearly Pak Choi, lasting on the palate, delicate sweetness, some basil and tarragon, clear minerality, smoky nuances, has tension, depth and grip, supple style, very good to long, firm, richly juicy finish, again also with not only yellow stone fruit. Already beguiling.
