Very tart, still somewhat yeasty-covered, but dense-knit and deep, firm nose with dried vegetal aromas, very much mineral notes and restrained yellow fruit and delicately vegetable notes. Tight, juicy, firm and grippy in the mouth, ripe, cool fruit with yeasty and dried vegetal notes, lively acidity and a hint of carbon dioxide, enormous, calcareous mineral notes, very strong, but no heaviness, hardly developed, full-bodied and handy, very good to long, gripping finish.
