Developed but ageless nose, light waxy and vegetal notes, ripe stone fruit, citrus fruit and some white fruit, delicate nutty, floral and herbaceous notes. Ripe, polished, fairly juicy, not quite dry fruit, candy notes and hints of yellow spice, some wax and again a hint of white fruit in the background, slightly smoky and almost roasted notes, persistent, fairly dense, clear minerality, good depth, has power and noticeable but well-integrated alcohol, lively, fine acidity and some grip, herbal notes in the background, increasingly apricot, very good to long, juicy and finely spicy finish with a downright cold minerality. Still in splendid condition.
