Delicately yeasty peach nose with citrus notes and vegetal to herbaceous flavours. Slender, cool, finely juicy fruit with planty to herbal flavours, present acidity and moderate sweetness, certain persistence, tart mineral notes, good to very good finish, again with a noticeable acid bite.
