Herbal-vegetable and a hint of floral citrus-stone fruit scent with restrained frost notes. Tight, cool, bright, sweet fruit, very present acidity, planty notes, some grip, persistent, candy tones and a hint of caramel, again frost tones in the background, some minerality, very good, tight finish with a lot of bite.
