Etwas süßliche Frucht mit bitterlich-tabakiger und hefiger Würze, präsente Säure und gewisse Kohlensäure, etwas sandiger und antrocknender Gerbstoff, leicht spröde, im Hintergrund pflanzliche und erdig-mineralische Töne, ordentlicher Abgang.
